Teaching Philosophy

Teacher’s job is to identify and remove obstacles from student’s way. This is what I felt from my teaching experience. I believe that students have natural desire to learn, however, each student has their own things in the way that are making their learning hard. These obstacles can be something as small as not knowing how to round the numbers, something more subtle such as being colour blind, or something big but less obvious such as family issues. This is why teachers need to learn about each student as an individual and identify what obstacles they may have in their way.
